Thanksgiving is rapidly approaching, hard to believe, however I am not minding being off from school. Our school had our teachers conference in Indy the past couple of days and we have Wednesday off as well. A nice change from previous years. No real new and exciting news to pass on. Basketball is in full swing, games start the Tuesday we return from break....should be interesting. I have seen improvement so we will count that as a positive. Pete will be traveling to Nebraska the week following Thanksgiving so I will hold down the fort. As for Thanksgiving we will be heading to my brothers in IL on Thursday and spending the day with my parents, Greg and Dawn's family as well as part of Dawn's family. Should be a fun day...and yes we will be planning our eating time around the Packer Game. I have to admit it is much more fun to watch the game with fellow fans rather than those cheering against me, which is usually the norm. I hope everyone has a very Happy Thanksgiving and enjoys time with friends and family. May God bless your time together and keep you safe in your travels:)

Back to school! This is my last week before Thanksgiving break, hard to believe the holidays are already here. This past weekend Pete and I went up to IL and ventured to the IKEA store, then went to my brothers and had dinner with my parents, Greg, Dawn, Hannah and Cole before venturing back home. Sunday was spent putting together shelves bought at IKEA, laundry and unpacking yet more boxes that have been stored in the basement! Sunday night we went to Erik and Alyssa's for dinner and to catch up a bit after a busy weekend for them with Cori and Ed's wedding!! All in all it was a productive day weekend!
