Did I mention when I married Pete I moved to the snow belt?!? Last night Pete got the driveway all plowed when he got home from work, we shoveled off the deck from the snowfall the night before and we thought we were good to go...Little did we realize there was much more to come. This morning when I got up I walked through our living room thinking I just wasn't seeing clearly as I looked at Pete's truck parked in the driveway...I opened the back door to let Bailey out and I realized there was a little more snow than just a dusting. Bailey took 2 steps out and turned around and looked at me as he realized he would have to tunnel his way out. Needless to say the lake effect snow left us about 14.5 inches last night and they are calling for a total of 20 inches when its all said and done today. Pete plowed a pathway to the end of the driveway so we could get out...here are a few pictures for you to enjoy!

Latest Levi update...
They once again had to take Levi up to Chicago earlier this week because he was dehydrated and not himself. So long story short, he has gallstones. They will do a few more tests tomorrow, you can read Luke and Tammy's page for more of an update! Continue to pray for their family...they are amazing parents!!!

Levi is home. Many prayers of Thanksgiving for all that God has done, please continue to pray that his recovery is quick!!!

On a Nemeth Family note...BASKETBALL is OVER for me. I must say I am very thankful and excited. However, don't fear Volleyball did start on Monday as to not have things be boring around here. Yet that is not nearly the same time commitment as basketball and it will be over in just a little more than a month!! Pete is still waiting on more information about his new job, hopefully soon we will know more details to pass along.

Other than that, nothing much new in our little world. Enjoy a few more pictures from our last big snow fall!

This crazy dog doesn't want to miss anything, including us shoveling!

Does anyone see a problem with these pictures? Bailey thinks I can be replaced!

He got booted!!!

Just a quick update, Levi is out of surgery!!! Many prayers have been answered. He did have a rough night last night, however seems to be doing better this morning when his parents could hold him instead of him laying down!! Please continue to pray that his recovery is quick and without complication!!!

Yes we are still alive!!! Lots going on thats for sure, never seems to be a dull moment!! Lets see if I can give a recap and not keep you for hours....
Packer Game several weeks ago was lots of fun, very cold in fact the 3rd coldest in NFL history, but I would do it all over again if given the opportunity! Unfortunatly they lost in overtime, thus bringing another season of football to a close.
My sister-in-laws Angie and Dawn

My Mom, Katie,Cole, Aaron and Hannah

The whole gang, bundled up and ready to go!!!

My nephew Aaron and my dad

Pete's first game, can't you see the big smile on his face!

The end of January my 5th and 6th grade science classes took my favorite field trip of the year to the Challenger Learning Center! We once again went to the moon and came back safely!! I think a good time was had by all and Pete even got to meet me at Wendy's for lunch that day...nice to see him even for brief periods!!

The next days and weeks have been spent primarly in a gym practicing or playing basketball. Although sad as it is (tears streaming from my eyes) can you read the sarcasm this weekend will be the last tournament of the season, thus also bring another season of basketball to close!!

Last Friday was spent at home enjoying a snowday (I may not be as happy when we have to make it up but enjoy the moment right?) It was nice to get some things done around the house and also spend some of my day with the Hildebrandt family!!

This past weekend Pete worked on refinishing one of the rooms in the basement that had to be redone after some water got in over the summer. Sunday we cheered the Giants on to a victory at a superbowl party with friends. No I am not a fair weather fan, the Packers are and will be my number one team, however I didn't want the Patriots to go undefeated!!
And here we are at the current week..in my little world it is Spirit Week...indeed yesterday I wore my PJ's to school and never fear the Hawaiian shirt will be coming out later this week!!
