First Full Day at Home

Our first day at home went pretty well, didn't take all that many pictures shockingly! Pete and I took Kailynn back to the hospital this morning for her 48 hour heel prick!! Home again...lunch and naps. Ellie didn't want to take a nap....she decided instead to climb out of her crib, we heard a thump and crying...she didn't seem to hurt by the fall, but she seemed scared. Hoping that means this isn't going to become our napping and nighttime ritual. Really she could get our attention in some other way...Anyway, Mommy and Daddy insisted that a nap was necessary for miss Ellie so we brought her in our room and laid with her...after much struggling, crying, and carrying on, she finally passed out for several hours! Hoping for us all this gets better...
Beyond that excitement we all just sort of took it easy and adjusted to being at home.

I realize it is just a random smile...but it makes waking up in the middle of the night to feed a small person worth it! They get big before you know it!

Kailynn has not decided yet if she likes plugs as much as her sister did or not, trying it out

Bright Eyed Girl Saturday morning...she brought the balloon to our room and has carried it around most of the day

Another nap for Kailynn...yep lots of sleeping pictures...just think they are cute
