The Newest Member of the Nemeth Family

Mason Joseph Nemeth has joined our family!!!

He was born at 2:35pm weighing 8 lbs 1 oz and was 20 inches long.

Mason and Mommy are both doing fine! Many pictures to follow! Here are few from the first few minutes!

10 little fingers and 10 little toes...thanks be to God for the gift of new life!

Today is the Day!

By the time I post again we will have a new member in our family...it is about 11:30am and we are heading out to the hospital shortly... this morning around 3:15 I woke up and was trying to decide how to get comfortable again when my water broke and labor started. I got up and did a few things around the house...until Pete woke up. I told him he wasn't going to work because we were having a baby. He promptly said ok...asked if i needed anything and rolled over. I laid down for a little while till the girls woke up. Kailynn came in and snuggled a little bite with us...gave the baby a few kisses and laid on my belly a bit and then was ready for the day to begin. Ellie got up shortly there after, and was thrilled Daddy was home...although she had no idea that it wasn't Saturday but rather baby day! Breakfast, gathering of last minute things and then Aunt Alyssa and Cade came and picked up the girls. We have been hanging out at home waiting for contractions to get stronger ... so now we are off! Please prayer for a quick and a safe delivery for Baby Nemeth! More news to follow!

The Amendt Family Comes Back

Melissa and the kiddos stopped back by our house Sunday night and Monday before heading back to Ohio. It was good to see them, watch the kids play together, and catch up!

Grandma n Grandpa come

On Friday night Mommy went to JCPenny's to work for awhile...while I was gone Grandma and Grandpa came down to stay at our house to visit and stay for a couple of nights. Ellie was happy to have new people in the house to convince to play with her and read stories...

A Visit with Pete's Family

Last Sunday Pete's mom and Donnie came for a visit to meet baby Avery. They spent the week with DC and Becca. On Thursday night we took dinner over to spend some time with them and for them to see the girls! I didn't take many pictures but Grandma and Grandpa were amazed at how big the girls were getting .

A Visit from the Amendt Family

Melissa (a friend from college) and her kiddos, Joseph and Ellen came for a visit. Her husband Mark, is serving our country overseas so I was glad they got to come and have a little time away and be able for the kids to spend some time playing together.

Things We Don't Allow

Kailynn is great at giving visual pictures of things we don't allow our kiddos to do at our house...please do not attempt these things at home.


Don't use the kitchen chair as a ladder... no climbing the rungs

Do not use the chairs to climb onto the table...we do not sit on the table...and no playing with cell phones

A Day with Friends

Our neighbors spent the day at our house while their mom and dad were working! Ellie is very excited to have time to play with her buddy Billy. He is about 3 months younger than Ellie...they had a great time together and Ellie likes the extra attention she gets from his older sister Olivia.

A New Experience...Story Time

Ellie has been very excited since I signed her up for story time...funny thing is she really doesn't know what it is. I think she just likes the idea of getting to go somewhere that is for her. She asked since she got up if it was time to go...so when it was she was very excited.
