Kailynn is Growing Up

I know it is often said, but I can't believe how fast the girls are growing up. I have a hard time believing Kailynn is only a couple days away from turning 7 months old!!!

Look closely...she is starting to eat puffs... here Ellie is helping her get them to her mouth


She seemed to like the banana puffs...however she was really more interested in getting goldfish out of Ellie's bowl


Up on all fours... she didn't go anywhere but she looks determined!!

Friday night we decided to run a few errands, we decided to stop and use a gift certificate we had while we were out.

We are all doing well...pictures from President's Day, 2-21-11. Daddy was home and brought up the boat that Ellie liked to sit it... Kailynn on the other hand believes it is just something for her to wiggle her way out of, not that she doesn't like it but she doesn't stay long.

Mommy wanted to take a couple of pictures with the flowers that Daddy got for the girls for Valentine's Day...Kailynn really just wanted to eat it...

I love when they are sleepy and snugly

Kailynn started getting a sippy cup when she eats...she instantly grabbed the handles and put it in her mouth...she wasn't so sure when she was getting water out, but she caught on much quicker than Ellie did.

Ellie thinks it is her job to give Kailynn drinks all the time

The days we don't leave the house I let her generally pick out whatever she wants to wear...sometimes it leaves you with some interesting photos!!! On this particular Saturday, she kept her pajama pants on all day, yet needed her Daddy's Helper Shirt...and where her other sock is...your guess is as good as mine!


While I was getting dinner on plates I told Ellie to sit down...I heard her laughing and turned around to see her sitting on the high chair! She was pretty proud of herself that she had taken Kailynn's seat...what will we do with her??

Dad, what are you doing to me?

Anytime Ellie finds any sort of stickers they go all over her face. Guess it is a kid thing??

Ellie refused to put on her own jammies one night and insisted on putting on a pair of Kailynns. Her she is still thinking this is a good idea...

Poor kiddo doesn't do well with shots... her eyes are just sad :(

But she loves her doggie, pretty sure if Bailey had just laid there longer she would have fallen asleep

A day of traveling...we met Aunt Dawn this morning to switch cars and then off to Trinity to drop off some auction stuff, and then both girls had doctors appointments. I decided to make the 6month appointment and 2 year all at the same time!

Ellie decided to get herself dressed... while it goes together it was an outfit that is to small, and the tan socks pulled over her pants was a nice touch. Needless to say I made her change clothes before we left the house.



Just need to document that Ellie is checking Kailynn's toes for fuzz!

Everyone is healthy and good, growing like weeds! This is a pre-shot picture, they both did great. Ellie didn't cry at all for her shot and Kailynn raised one eyebrow looked at me cried a little and then sucked on her plug!!!
