Erik, Alyssa, Tate and Cade came over this morning. The boys minus Cade went to Bass Pro and a few other random places, while Alyssa and I made soup for lunch and worked on wrapping Christmas presents. Indeed, unlike some people it is one of my favorite activities related to the Christmas season. Pete and I were suppose to head up to IL to a Christmas party with Dave and Elizabeth at a college friend's house, however due to not so pleasant weather we decided to stay home and not fight the snow and ice. Alyssa and I ended up running a few errands before the roads got bad. Hopefully this even the rest of the Christmas decorations can get up, we shall see.
