This Nemeth Family update brought to you by Alyssa :)
If you are looking for Mary between now and mid-February, the best places to look are either at Trinity or a gymnasium somewhere in Indiana. She will be quite busy with school and basketball for the next several weeks.
Mary and Pete enjoyed their first Christmas as husband and wife. On Christmas Eve, the Hildebrandts came over to exchange gifts and then have soup for dinner before we all headed to church for the children's program/Christmas Eve service. After church, Mary and Pete stopped by home to pick up Bailey and then traveled to Illinois to Mary's brother Greg's house. There they met up with Greg, Dawn, Hannah, and Cole, as well as Mama and Papa Haecker. Christmas Day brought the exchanging and opening of lots of gifts, the consuming of a great deal of delicious food, and a few home improvement projects. They spent Christmas night there and the next day they continued the projects (some electrical work in the garage, i believe), ventured out to some stores to exchange/return a few items and purchase some items on sale, and then went bowling before heading back home to LaPorte. Pete took the rest of the week off from work to do some plumbing projects at home and Mary kept busy with basketball, a little shopping, and some general house "stuff". Both are back to work now and looking forward to the end of basketball season so that they'll see one another again :)
Here are a couple pictures from Christmas Eve with the Hildebrandts (Sorry, those are the only pictures I've got!)
Pete and Mary on their first Christmas Eve as a married couple (Mary's blue and silver ornament tree is barely visible behind them)

The "whole" family... Pete, Mary, and Bailey Dog

A cute kid on Mary's snowman blanket (no, the blanket isn't new...the kid is just cute!)

While waiting for dinner Tate crawled into Bailey's crate...Bailey was a bit confused. :)

On behalf of the Nemeth Family...We hope that you all had a very merry Christmas and that you receive God's richest blessings in this new year!
